Woodlands 9th Grade Campus, 7 pm
Speed Session (Ladder Doubles): 200, 400, 800, 1600, 800, 400, 200 yard runs with 200 walk recovery.
Endurance Session: 30 minute continuous run (with 5 min run/15 min run with "bleachers"/5 min run). If you want to see yourself run on video, taping is available in the endurance run!
Open to all ages and abilities.
