Liz Baugher turning Pro!
Liz Baugher is turning pro as a triathlete!!! Hard work and determination have paid off at the Chicago Lifetime Fitness Olympic race for Liz. She finished third in the Invitational Wave with a 24:48 swim, 1:04:44 on the bike and 44:43 for the run. Catapulting her towards getting her USAT Pro/Elite card. WOO HOO!!!!!! Congrats Liz!!!!

ORR makes a splash at Clear Lake Tri

ORR made a presence in Clear Lake this weekend in both the sprint and international distances. Triny Aguirre grabbed the 1st Overall Female in the Sprint with a blazing bike split, finishing in 1:07:09! Richard Tramm won the Sprint Men's 45-49 AG in 1:08:03, and Roberto Guiot won the M35-39AG in the International Distance! Way to race, athletes!!

Sarah Gray takes on REV3 Maine
Congratulations to Coach Sarah Gray for finishing 4th overall pro female at the Rev 3 Race in Maine!!!! Sarah swam 21:13, biked 1:04:35 and fired off a smokin' fast pace of 6:37 for a 40:22 run. Way to go, Sarah!! Next up is the Hyvee Championship next weekend.
