Awesome racing by Lisa Berman and Robyn Broes at Hyvee 5150 National Championship today in Des Moines! Despite thunderstorms and rain, Lisa finished a string 10th in her AG in 2:43 and Robyn finished 5th in hers in 3:14. Way to go ladies!!!

Congrats to Steve Alexander for finishing a tough double this weekend! He raced the Disney 10K in 57:40 on Saturday, and then turned around and raced the Disney Half Marathon in 1:58:46 on Sunday! Wow!

Congrats to Cat 1 Cyclist Mandy Heintz for winning Stage 1 of the Tour of Austin and finishing 4th overall in the GC for the weekend of races! Mandy was the first overall Cat 1 Cyclist to finish in the P/1/2/3 Category! James Engle raced the first stage (a crit) in the Men's Cat 3 Division and had a strong race! Way to go you two.
