TNT Tuesday Night Track Workout Tuesday June 8th
Two Workout Options:
SPEED WORKOUT: 8-12 X 400s done at Threshold Pace with 2-3 min recoveries
ENDURANCE WORKOUT: 30 minute Fartlek run. This will be a continuous endurance run on the track with faster tempo running on one straight-away. We will video tape anyone who wants to see themselves running to help improve run mechanics/form. We will provide the camera and email you the footage. If you've never seen yourself run, this is your chance!
