Sarah Gray finished First in the 20-24 age group, third overall female in the TriGirl Sprint! Her splits were: 3:11 in the 200 meter swim; 20.6 MPH in the 8 mile bike; and a 6:26 mile pace for the 2-mile run. Way to go Sarah!
Robert Nelson ran a great 5K at 24:41 in the YMCA Trail Run. Awesome job!
Kim Bradley did not race because of a bad cut to her foot at the CB&I race. Take care, be patient and let that foot heal, Kim.
