Announcing our PA/Ohio Area Lecture Series!

Please join QT2 /ORR Coaching Systems at a local lecture series for all endurance athletes in the PA and Ohio areas. Amy Javens, USAT & QT2 Level 2 Coach, and Chris Gillin, Qt2 Elite Age Group Triathlete will be presenting on various topics that will help runners, triathletes and cyclists have a successful 2018 race season.

  • Topic: “How To Make The Best Of The Off Season”: We will discuss how to treat the off season in regards to training, recovery, nutrition, body comp, making more time for "other things" to prevent burnout, etc.

  • Topic: “How To Get Started In Triathlon, Or Make the Transition From One Sport Athlete To Multisport Athlete”: We will discuss what it takes to get started in the sport of triathlon, whether you are coming from a running, cycling, swimming or nothing background! What do you need? What do you do? How do you find races and training groups?
