Congratulations to Coach Matt Hemberger for finishing First Overall at the Possum Kingdom Sprint Triathlon this past weekend. With a 500M swim, 17 mile bike and 5 mile run Matt blew past the competition with a 7:58 swim, 46:16 bike and 30:49 run tapping the line at 1:28:32. Matt also had the second fastest swim and bike of the day!!!! Very impressive, Matt. Great job!!
