Come join Coaches Dawn English and Heather Jorris for our inaugural Cycling Immersion Weekend on June 3-5, 2016 in the Woodlands/Spring/Magnolia area. Come one or ALL days and get your HR zones (and power zones if you need them) set, learn basic bike maintenance/handling, and achieve a higher comfort level with road riding.

Cost: $110 for all three session or $50 each (10% discount for ORR personally coached athletes)

ZONE FRIDAY:

• Indoor Threshold testing to determine Heart rate and Power (for those with meters) zones
• Group setting
• Standardized, educational and motivational session!

Saturday, June 4 from 7:00 - 9:00 a.m at Buckalew Elementary School parking lot: 4909 Alden Bridge Dr., Spring, TX 77382

SATURDAY SKILLS:

• Skills, Drills and Maintenance
• Basic maintenance (yes, tire changing!) and bike handling
