Karen is an elite masters athlete and 9-time IRONMAN finisher; with a personal best of 10:28 at 2012 IRONMAN Florida. At the 2011 IRONMAN World Championships in Kona, Karen recorded a finishing time of 10:55 with a 3:46 marathon split! She has completed more than 100 running and triathlon races all over the world in the last twenty years and has won overall amateur titles, raced in numerous invitationals and has qualified for national and world championship races (including the IRONMAN 70.3 World Championships). She is a USAT All-American triathlete and uses several proven methods to coach both runners and triathletes of all ages. Karen and her family reside in The Woodlands, Texas.
