Official IRONMAN® Texas and IRONMAN® Texas 70.3 Nutrition Webinar

Coach Jesse Kropelinicki of QT2 Systems and owner of our Nutrition Partner, “The Core Diet,” will host a webinar on how to hydrate and fuel properly for IRONMAN Texas and Texas 70.3. Coach Michelle LeBlanc will also be on the webinar to answer any nutrition/logistic questions specific to these two races. The webinar will air on Sunday, January 26th 6:00-7:00PM Central Time. Open Water Swim and Clinic on IRONMAN® Texas Swim Course

OutRival Racing coaches will host a clinic on what to expect on race day and how to tackle the 2.4 mile swim at IRONMAN Texas. Specific attention will be given to the race morning protocol, the mass start, navigation techniques, what to expect when swimming the course as well as in the Waterway, the pros/cons of wearing a speed suit or wetsuit, how to mentally tackle the swim, and more! Learn how to prepare better for the race. Comes with handouts and extra instruction. Fee: $35. Practice swim after the clinic in Lake Woodlands is included. April 26th, 7AM at Northshore Park. IRONMAN® Texas Transition Clinic

OutRival Racing coaches will host a clinic on what to expect in the Transition Area at IRONMAN Texas. We will go over the logistics, transition layout, transition/special needs bags, rules and procedures and more! Coach-to-athlete ratio of 1:10 max for this clinic. Fee: $35. Held at Town Green Park.
