OutRival Racing coaches offer Personal Online Coaching with detailed support and scheduling to help triathletes improve over the long-haul. Athletes work with an individual coach to reach their goals together.

There is a 16 week minimum commitment for this program. You will be contacted by your coach, or we will contact you to set you up with a coach within 24 hours after purchase. Once you discuss your training program with your coach and have agreed on a start date, your billing will begin the following Monday. All billing pauses, stops, and restarts should be discussed with your coach, and made by you via your "My Account" area on the ORR website.

Personal Online Coaching comes with a customized, handcrafted training schedule and ongoing communication with an experienced coach. OutRival Racing Personal Online Coaching comes with:

“Club Membership” option (add $15/4-week block):

Woodlands & Houston, TX general Club Membership is for those athletes interested in being part of our OutRival Racing in person sessions (with or without our online coaching) and gives you access to:

  • Weekly coached sessions in the Woodlands & Houston area
  • Woodlands: 4 swims, 1 track, 1 long bike/brick (free), 1 long run (free)
  • Houston: 2 swims, 1 track, 1 long bike/brick (free), 1 long run (free)
  • Special training events, guest speakers, open water swims, clinics, socials and all other coached and facilitated group sessions in the Houston/Woodlands and surrounding areas.

“Nutrition” option (add $65/4-week block):

  • Day to Day nutrition plan developed or signed off by a registered dietitian including a two hour consultation to discuss and review the plan
  • 2 months of ongoing support (following the nutrition plan) by your dietitian to help ensure you are learning our approach to nutrition properly
  • Detailed race fueling analysis and written plan including athlete sweat rate, sodium loss specifics, carbohydrate loading, and other race day needs. Includes a one hour consultation to discuss and review the plan.
  • Access to the full Core Diet member area resources including the "Ask The RD" Forum, recipe database, macronutrient calculator, and other resources!
  • $50 monthly discount on the intensive Core Diet 1-1 nutrition support service

No service is spared; whatever we feel it will take to help reach your goals is what will be done, including all services listed on this web site as we feel required.
