Race Training Plan
Our Race Training Plans feature a customized, hand-crafted training schedule designed for a particular race. The plan is designed based on an athlete's individual intensity zones, current fitness level, and race goals. The Race Training Plans come with unlimited online Forum Support by ORR Expert Coach, Michelle LeBlanc. Once the plan is finalized, no changes are made to the plan.
Race Training Plans
Our Race Training Plans feature a customized, hand-crafted training schedule designed by ORR Founder and Coach, Michelle LeBlanc, for a specific race. The plan is designed based on an athlete's individual intensity zones, current fitness level, and race goals. The Race Training Plans come with minimal coaching communication.
OutRival Racing Race Training Plans come with:
- Personal Online Training Peaks Basic account to schedule and log workouts
- Personal Training Plan to fit athlete goals and fitness level
- Includes Personal Intensity Zone Setting (RPE, Heartrate and/or Power)
- Free access to non-coached weekend Long Bike/brick and Long Run sessions
- Discounts on our "Club Membership" option at $15/month
Race Training Plan Options:
- 12-Week Sprint Triathlon, $265
- 12-Week Olympic Triathlon, $265
- 16-Week IRONMAN 70.3 or Long-course Triathlon, $325
- 18-Week IRONMAN or Long-course Triathlon, $350
- 12-Week 5k, 10k or Half Marathon, $250
- 16-Week Half Marathon or Full Marathon, $255
“Club Membership” option (add $15/4-week block):
Woodlands & Houston, TX general Club Membership is for those athletes interested in being part of our OutRival Racing in person sessions (with or without our online coaching) and gives you access to:
- Weekly coached sessions in the Woodlands & Houston
- Woodlands: 3 swims, 1 track, 1 long bike/brick (free), 1 long run (free)
- Houston: 2 swims, 1 track, 1 long bike/brick (free), 1 long run (free)
- Additional workouts if more training is needed.
- Special training events, guest speakers, open water swims, clinics, socials and all other coached and facilitated group sessions in the Houston/Woodlands and surrounding areas.

“Nutrition” option (add $65/4-week block):
- Day to Day nutrition plan developed or signed off by a registered dietitian including a two hour consultation to discuss and review the plan
- 2 months of ongoing support (following the nutrition plan) by your dietitian to help ensure you are learning our approach to nutrition properly
- Detailed race fueling analysis and written plan including athlete sweat rate, and sodium loss specifics; carbohydrate loading; and other race day needs. Includes a one hour consultation to discuss and review the plan.
- Access to the full Core Diet member area resources including the "Ask The RD" Forum, recipes database, macronutrient calculator, and other resources!
- $50 monthly discount on the intensive Core Diet 1-1 nutrition support service
