Open Water Swim Clinic and Practice

Led by Coaches Karen Maldonado, Heather Jorris and Michael Arishita

We will set up approximately a 500 meter loop. Swim Clinic will start at 2pm sharp, but athletes are welcome to skip the clinic and just swim the loop. The clinic will address mental limiters in open water swimming, sighting and drafting tactics, speedsuit/wetsuit options, entering and exiting OWS in triathlon and more! We will initiate some mass swim starts and allow swimmers to swim loops from 2-3:30pm. Kayak supported!

$8 for pre-registration until Oct. 16th. $15 drop-in fee.
