OutRival TX Youth & Junior Weekly Triathlon Training
Missouri City, TX - Youth and Junior Triathlon Training - This program comes with two weekly 90-minute bike/run sessions (we will occasionally have Open Water Swim sessions depending upon race schedule). Open to athletes of all ages and abilities! Held on Tuesday & Thursday evenings during the week. No monthly minimum.No monthly minimum. NOTE: Personally Coached Athletes get our group sessions at HALF PRICE!
Youth and Junior Personal Endurance Coaching
OutRival Racing Personal online/remote Triathlon, Swim, Bike or Run Coaching for committed youth and junior athletes ages 10 and older.  Athletes work with an individual Certified USAT Youth and Junior Coach to reach their goals. $145/4-week block. 50% Discount on our Youth & Junior group sessions in cities where we offer them! 
Youth & Junior Nutrition
An individualized plan will be created for your youth or junior athlete that will address what it will take for your athlete to perform at his/her best while supporting the nutritional needs of children and adolescents. The challenge with young athletes is keeping pace with the nutritional demands of the sport, while also consuming the nutrients required to fully grow and develop. Adequate calories, carbohydrates, protein, fat, fiber, vitamins, minerals, water and electrolytes are all vital components of good nutrition on and off the field, and The Core Diet is here to help! 
1-1 Youth Swim Lessons
30-35 minute swim session to be scheduled with an ORR Coach to work on your kid's stroke!  Ages 12 and under!
