Laura Gaddy is both the OutRival Youth and Junior Team Manager as well as a youth and junior coach for ORR. Laura has a passion for working with children and enjoys working with kids of all ages and abilities! She has been a coach of the Woodlands' Girl Run Program for five years as well as a coach at OutRival Youth and Junior programs for several years. Laura is also a three-time IRONMAN finisher!
