Congratulations to Mandy Heintz  for winning the Cat 4 Women's race at Chappel Hill! Kathy Garrett finished strong with the second pack in 12th place with over 35 riders! Mandy also won King of the Mountain! Excellent riding ladies!!!

ORR athletes pulled in some hardware at the Houston Oaks Triathlon this past weekend. A big congratulations to Andrew Cashion for finishing 2nd overall (1st in the 25-29AG)  Matthew Perches won the 15-19AG and Tate Wright won the 40-44AG! Chris Nichols had a great race as well. The 0.5 kilometer swim, 21 mile bike and 8K run appeared to be a piece of cake for these participants. Andrew mastered the swim in 9:58, bike 50:51 and run 28:25 finishing 1:30:27!!! Matthew killed in the swim 9:25, bike 57:56 and run 30:53 allowing him a 1:39:44 finish. Tate rocked the swim in 9:49, bike 55:46 and run 31:12 winning his AG in 1:38:59. Chris hammered out 11:18 swim, 1:03:13 bike and 35:17 run hitting the line for a 1:52:54 finish. Great job guys!!! Way to race!

Congrats to Todd Teren for a 13th place Age Group M 25-29 finish at World's 70.3 in Las Vegas!!! The brutal heat didn't keep this current-Calgary resident from a gutsy performance straight to the line. Todd had a swim of 27:18, bike 2:32:18 and run 1:36:40 with an impressive 4:42:17 finish time!!!! Well done, Todd!!!!
