San Antonio Marathon & Half Marathon
Congratulations to ORR athletes Alan Jones and Aeri York. Alan ran the marathon in 4:01:30 and Aeri ran the half marathon in 1:46:18!! Fast running!! Great job, everyone!

Veteran's Day 10K
Hats off to Corey Olivier. Corey raced the Veteran's Day 10K placing 1st in his AG and 5th overall!! Great running!!

Bale of Tortuga 10K
A big congratulations to Buck Holden and Grace Benes. Both swam the Bale of Tortuga 10K. Grace won the women's division swimming 2 hours and 35 minutes. Buck finished 2nd in the men's division swimming 3 hours and 1 minute. Great job!!

Choppy Waters and Humidity at Ironman Fl
A hearty congratulations to ORR athletes that participated in IMFL last weekend. Choppy waters made for a tough swim and difficult sighting for the buoys The humid conditions also made the run tough for some. Coach Karen Maldonado had a stellar 4th place finish in her AG 40-44W showing a 1:04:03 swim, 5:23:58 bike, 3:53:12 run crossing the line at 10:28:56. Will Featherston swam 1:19:10, bike 6:09:29, run 5:38:24 finishing 13:29:07. Rick Thibodeaux swam 1:20:42, bike, 5:25:27 and run 5:20:17 for a nice time of 12:22:22. Brent Miller had a swim 1:26:27, bike 5:59:09 and run 5:09:53 coming in at 12:51:31. Kolette Miller fought the never ending swells with a swim of 1:43:34, bike, 7:47:29 and run 6:03:40 making her finish 15:54:01. Tammie Manchester battled some nausea during the race however, swam 2:07:58, bike, 7:20:49 and run 7:02:36 coming in at 16:48:55. Congratulations to all the athletes! Well done!
