Bio: July 17 2015.. I was in Spain working and decided to step on a scale, and quickly realized that I was 306 pounds and scared me. I had notice that I lost my love for fitness and I have having all sorts of issues. Poor sleeping, self esteem, tired all the time, it effected all parts of my life. That day I decided to make a change, a lifestyle change. Here I am 2 years later down 90 pounds, completely changed my look, and I racing triathlon. From couch to training for my first full ironman.. it has been a wild ride so far and I love every minute of it. I did my first tri race last year and can say I was hooked from that point. I love the tri life and the wonderful amazing people in it.
