Bio: John was born in Ottawa, Canada and moved to the United States in 1999. While John was a competitive swimmer as a youth, he did not start competing in triathlons until 2007 after participating in recreational cycling for many years (MS-150, etc.). Currently, he is a 10–time IRONMAN finisher, 12-time 70.3 finisher, and qualifier/finisher for both 70.3 World Championships (2014) and Kona World Championships (2016 & 2017). John lives in Houston with his wife Wendy (ORR Coach & accomplished triathlete) and her 3 children.
