Come join Coaches Amy Pagac Chambers and Amy Javens at Youngstown State University's WATTS sports complex for our indoor track workout series. These will surely get your 2020 training off to a great start!

Six (6) Individual Sessions

What you can expect:

  • Activation Techniques that will prepare your body for your running workouts
  • Running drills that will help your body learn efficient running movement
  • Plyometric training basics
  • Coach designed  and monitored workouts that will incorporate tempo and/or speed work
  • Core and general strength regiments for runners
  • Soft-tissue work
  • Stretching  & pre-hab routines for runners

Attendance is FREE for Members of ORR Local Groups. Current Steel Valley Triathlon Club and Pittsburgh Tri Club members can join ORR Local Groups at a discounted rate of $64.
