Coach Trey Stone

Trey has been a runner and triathlete since the mid 1990’s. He is a five-time Ironman finisher, and has finished over a dozen 70.3’s. During that time he has also completed a variety of marathons, including Houston, Austin, Chicago, and Boston. He has also competed in countless additional half marathons, road races, sprint and Olympic triathlons. Trey has been coaching triathletes for two years, and lives in Missouri City with his daughter who is a triathlete as well. Trey has coached a variety of athletes over the years, and works very well with athletes who are less experienced, or new to the sport.
