Jesse will be covering all 5 of the primary areas where triathlete’s should focus their attention in preparing for the season ahead – specifically, training, nutrition, race fueling, race pacing, and mental fitness! *Jesse Kropelnicki is an elite/pro level triathlon coach who founded the QT2 Systems brand of endurance preparation businesses. He is the triathlon coach for many professional athletes including TJ Tollakson, Linsey Corbin, Angela Naeth and Pedro Gomes, among others. His interests are in coaching professional triathletes using quantitative training and nutrition protocols. He is one of less than 20 USAT Level III Certified Coach in the world.
This event is hosted by OutRival Racing, and will be followed on Sunday with a FREE social for all local area triathletes to network, plan the 2017 season ahead, and reflect on the 2016 season past.
