Cat 3 Cyclocross Racer James Engle

James Engle has been racing up a storm in Cyclocross! In the last two weekends, James has raced four times including the Webberville, Waylon, Bicycle-Heaven, and San Antonio Cyclocross Races. James has encountered sand pits, drainage ditches, various barriers, gravel pits, group crashes, dropped chains, and a busted knee! Cyclocross ain't for the weary! James has had great races at each of these events and is finishing much faster and stronger than ever before. Here are some great photos of James racing:

Veterans Day 10K


Veteran's Day is one of our nation's best holidays because it honors all of the soldiers who have fought and continue to fight for freedom. This inaugural Veterans Day 10K is one in a series of races. It was held in the Woodlands on Saturday, November 13th. All of the proceeds from this race go directly to raising funds for Wounded Veterans through Team Red White and Blue.

Three OutRival Racing athletes ran this race, and all three had fantastic results! finished third overall in his first-ever 10K race! Adam ran 39:08 which is 6:18 min per mile pace. ran the 10K in 43:09, or 6:57 pace. ran 48:42 which is 7:51 pace. Fast running for a great cause!

Additionally, there are currently five OutRival Racing athletes that have served in the United States Armed forces. Coach was an officer in the Army, was a Marine, was a Navy Nurse, was an officer in the Navy, and was an officer in the Air Force. Thank you to the OutRival Racing athletes who have served our great country! We appreciate you!
