Daily Meal Plans
This service is for those athletes that have already had a nutrition consultation with us and/or those who have a good understanding of The Core Diet.  This service is for those athletes that just want to be told exactly what to eat each day!  You may purchase our meal plans in packs of 1, 2, or 3 weeks or on a recurring weekly basis during intensive periods.  Single week - $80; 2 Pack - $75 per week; 3 Pack - $70 per week. You may also purchase recurring weekly meal plans for $65 per week (min duration 4 weeks).
Nutrition Plan
An individualized nutrition plan will be created to help you improve performance, and lose or maintain weight as an athlete. This option is the absolute best way for athletes to learn how to eat on a day-to-day basis. Your dietitian will be in touch with you within 48 hours upon purchase.  Your nutrition plan comes with 2 weeks of email support, but you may also purchase packs of 1, 2, or 3 follow-up consults with your plan.  Use these consults anytime over the next one year period: Single - $85 per call; 2 Pack - $80 per call; 3 Pack - $75 per call. You may also purchase recurring monthly calls for $70 each (min duration 4 months).
Race Fueling Plan
An individualized plan will be created to specifically address your fueling needs during racing. If you have had cramping problems or fueling issues during your races, this option will be focused to resolve these issues. You and your coach will work together prior to your meeting to test and develop a practical race fueling protocol.
Youth & Junior Nutrition
An individualized plan will be created for your youth or junior athlete that will address what it will take for your athlete to perform at his/her best while supporting the nutritional needs of children and adolescents. The challenge with young athletes is keeping pace with the nutritional demands of the sport, while also consuming the nutrients required to fully grow and develop. Adequate calories, carbohydrates, protein, fat, fiber, vitamins, minerals, water and electrolytes are all vital components of good nutrition on and off the field, and The Core Diet is here to help!
